I went to get my eyebrows done at Hair we go. At the very onset I stood there for 5 minutes watching this lady cut someones hair and she does not even bother to acknowledge me. When she does she just assumes I have an appointment and creates a confusion. Anyway When I did reach the threading chair the lady who threaded made my eyebrows too thin totally against my liking. When I told her instead of accepting the fact she said that she THOUGHT my eyebrows were too thick and made them thin. Well I am a dentist and when a patient comes to me I dont extract their tooth if they   say they need bleaching just because I THINK they need extraction. All she needed to do was say a nice sorry that she did not know I like them the way I do and that would have been the end of it.

Anyway the damage was done and I accepted it and told her its okay I will mange and its fine. Then she tells me we dont take credit cards. I politely told her that most of the businesses take credit cards and you should mention it in a clear visible place so that its easy for the customers to see. it was in one corner of the room. I have been to several places where they take only cash and if u r a new customer they make sure that you know that they do not take credit cards. Anyway I went to the ATM and got the money. I even cancelled my interview which I had in the afternoon so that I could go and pay them as soon as possible.

When I go there she tells me she does not have change for a 20. I t was frustrating. If they take only cash they should have change. Then I was asked to go to the neighbouring stores to look for change. I told her I am getting late. So she got change from somewhere and gave me a dollar less. I told her you owe me a dollar and she said BY THE WAY LET ME TELL YOU, YOU WERE EXTREMELY RUDE TODAY AND PLEASE DO NOT COME IN HERE AGAIN. I was so upset never in my life has anyone told me that I am rude and I thought I was being nice by coming back and making sure I pay for the services. I even told her it was okay that she ruined my eyebrows.

I thought this is America and Customer Service is very important here and all business owners need to be nice to their customers and see that they are happy

As always the truth is out there...and here it is...i was at Hair We Go on the date in question sitting in the corner waiting for my appointment.  The Complainant was actually the one who exhibited "extremely rude behavior".  She was dressed like a professional, but by her unwarranted outburst, i was acutally embarrassed for her. Here is what happened- she entered the business and was immediately greeted and acknowledged by the owner.  Because it was only the owner and one other stylist in the building and the other stylist was in the restroom, the owner politely asked her to have a seat. 

The complainant already had uneven eyebrows before the stylist ever touched her.  From what i could hear, the complainant became upset because the stylist evened them out.  This person was actually complaining that her eyebrows now matched...really?  She also showed up without the means to pay...again, really?  When you go into a business of any kind for a service, perhaps you should ask what method of payment they accept...it appeared this woman was actually one of those persons who goes into a business, creates a scene, and then gets their service for free so she had my full attention now.  She was also yelling that she did not notice the posted sign that they do not accept credit cards.   So, she leaves without paying the stylist.  She returns later with a $20 bill and like a kid who had their toy taken away, starts berating the staff again because they dont have change.  If I can figure out how to download the video from my phone, i would certainly post it online so the truth can come out.  I used to own a restaurant many years ago and have tossed out people alot less volatile than this person. 

I have been a customer at Hair We Go for 2 decades now and have always been treated with respect and kindness from all the staff, they are the ultimate professionals and i hope that the unwarranted tirades of one person do not cause anyone to second guess the quality of this establishment.

the complainant's behavior was apalling....the staff at Hair We Go should be commended for the way they conducted themselves.  I will continue to support any business that promotes excellent customer service...and yes, honey, this is America...you can always take your business elsewhere.
