We were vacationing out of the country for three weeks. During the first week of our stay, we ordered merchandise from this vendor and paid $108 to overnight express. Order was placed on 8/16. We immediately called the company and spoke with a young lady who now looking back, was not helpful nor knowledgeable about her own company's procedures. I verified the address in St. Marten was accepted and when to expect an eta. She confirmed both that the package address had been accepted in St. Marten and the USPS determines the delivery which is express. After 7 days of now package, we reached out to the company. Who basically dismissed our inquiry stating they cannot help us. We paid for their product and delivery of the product but it is not their responsibility to verify receipt. After 15 days passed, with the help of the resort, we tracked down the package in Anguilla. A totally DIFFERENT island. Who advised, the package was mislabeled to deliver to Anguilla. (Side-note: To get the package to Anguilla, you have to first deliver to St. Marten. So basically our package had arrived while we were there but was then forwarded to the wrong place) When we alerted Anguilla that the address Hair Sisters marked was incorrect, the earliest they could redeliver was 8/30, the day after we flew home. Three weeks we waited for an overnighted package that ultimately was delayed b/c the company mismarked the delivery address. To date, 9/20, we still have no package and no follow-up/acknowledgement/apology from the company. Yet we are out almost $200 with no merchandise.
