Hampton, Va DCSE OFFICE Threaten to imprison me and garnish my wages for child support HAMPTON Virginia
I live in newport news, va and have been paying child support for 3 years now. it comes directlty out of my paycheck. i eneded up losing my job and started working under the table in order to survive. they then garnished my tax return. my sons mother deliberatly quits her job and applies for a service called TANF without my knowledge. now the city of Hampton,VA has sent me a financial review form. i didnt fill it out and now they have summoned me to appear in court in Hampton and have threatened to imprison me if i dont pay $1200 administratively.
