Steve Osborne scammed money from me by promising to do home improvements with a down payment. Showed up - did less than $500 of work, did the work wrong & took off with $3500 of my money & never returned.
Through the process, he kept giving me great deals (freebies) to get more money from me. BEWARE of this con artist. He has a history of scamming people. I wish I would have checked the rip off report first. A smooth operator!
