Matt Dimon aka Handy Matt 949) 201-5859 of Mission Viejo is an unlicensed contractor with no insurance and is ripping people off in Mission Viejo. I hired Matt to build a fence for my yard and gave him a 200 dollar deposit. He took the money and told me he was going to return the next day and begin the next day. Well he never returned and refuses to take my calls. I did some research and found out that the he has no license or professional insurance. On top of that, he has an extensive criminal record in Kern county and has been in trouble for drugs for many years. Do not hire this criminal under any circumstances!
