The letter stated that they wanted to notify me of the release of the Consumer's Reward Program Lottery held on December 18th 2008. It says that my name was attached to a ticket number 975130 drew the lucky number of 3, 7, 9, 11, 23, 28, 31, and 39 which ultimately WON the lottery in the second category.

Then it goes on to say that I have been approved for the lump sum payment of 39,000 dollars credited to an account with the claim number of BPT926780 and that amount was drawn from the total prize of 480,000 shared among the North American Winners in this category and that previous attempts to contact me directly on January 22, 2009 failed, resulting in this final notification and for security reasons they advise that I keep this award from public notice until my claims have been finalized and that this will help them prevent fraud and double claims. It also says that all participants were selected randomly through computer from Consumer database directory system, drawn from a pool of 98,000 customers provided by various department and chain stores and other services institutions across North America.

Also in order to facilitate speedy and hassle free processing of your claim, they have deducted 3,900 dollars from my total prize to enable me to pay for the applicable Tax and I am suppose to contact one of my agents Barbara Smith or Michael Edward at 905-598-5034 as soon as I received this notification, and they will assist me in finalizing my claim. All Prizes Must Be Claimed By February 25th, 2009.
