Hannah's Changes In Attitude Screwed up my hair too! South Bend Indiana
I also had problems with Beth at Hannah's Salon too. I did come in for color correction but she made me look like a skunk. Sold big black chunks with white ones. I went home and my family looked at me like I was crazy. I called back and said that I need this fixed no matter what it may do to myself because I cannot go out in public like this. It shouldn't take so many redos for a hairstylist to get your color right. I went there because it was cheaper but have not been back and will not go back. She really doesn't know what she's doing.

I have been going to Hannah's for over a year now. I have seen each of the stylists at this salon and have been more than pleased with each person. I always get what I want and most times it's better than expected. Hannah and her staff, including Beth, are always concerned about if I got what I wanted. They always exceed my expectations! If there were problems with an application then that same problem had probably happened before, but maybe not to that degree. Also, if your hair is overprocessed or if you have scalp issues that I'm not surprised to see a reaction. But I'm not aware of this situation so all I can comment on is the wonderful service I have received from each stylist at Hannah's!

I have been going to Hannah's for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. I have gone to some of the pricier salons in the area and have not been satisfied. The employees are friendly and my hair looks the best that is ever has.
