It has already been explained that we have no control over having to apply for a well and septic variance and they were applied for once known that they had to be applied for. Well and septic variances do not have to be applied for on every house that is built, they are only applied for when the county deems it necessary. The time it took to approve the variance was out of our control. Once the variance was received, the house was completed in a timely manner and per contract.
