Happy Feet Promises, promises with no delivery... Scam!!! Orlando, Florida
Happy Feet sells you Shoe Inserts promising a second pair for the payment of shipping and handling charges. They never answer your calls or respond to emails. I pursued them for 3 months after making the payment and had to contact American Express to get the money back. Buyers beware of such scams!!!
