We contacted Harbor Touch  We because we opened a new hair salon. we spoke to a sales rep named Mellon she informed us that they were able to services our needs as far as equipment and processing  We signed the paper work and sent them prices and services after about 3 weeks we recieved the equipment and was told the installer would teach staff and answer all questions they told me that they . After the install was complete he told them the booklet would answer any questions and left for 2 weeks we called the techs everyday to make the system work. I left messages with mellon and others looking for help as well with no response,finally techs told us they were not able to make it work with our needs and to call our sales rep. so onc again i reached out with no answer. so after another week of no answers I packaged all equipment and sent back to Harbor Touch in allentown and it was signed for by a staff member. I then sent out several emails to mellon and all others that i spoke with in company telling them that we could no longer work together because they were not able to handle our needs or services do to the equipment they sent us as well that we wanted a refund for credit card services they had billed us and withdrew from our business account. we were told that they would take care and reverse charges which never happened. We then started recieving bills for closed account for over 2,500 . I called customer services, they told me that there was nothing they could due it was for early termination fee. I explained to them that they breached contract by selling us services that did not work for our business as promised as well as the credit card processing money they took out of account and did not return and also we returned all equipment and cancelled due to failure to comply services to us with still no answers.   Terry  Davenport  Iowa
