Feb 10-16. got my deposit back. There was a myriad of problems in the company. I was called 1-25 to get my work done after no communication, and asked for my deposit back. Emily Neufer apologized for everything and agreed. Still took a couple more calls. It was a horrible stressful mess, and I think anyone would have thought the same.
