Harleys home improvement took our deposit and disappeared!!!!! ALL phones do not work.no way to get ahold of them!!! taylor Michigan
We got a price for drywall work-this was the storm damage insurance man-we decided to go with them. Joseph Clark took care of all of it, said his boss was busy. this was Dec 3.2015. A couple days later, the 'boss' Mr. Lopez called to say it might be a week. never heard from him, and the phone was not working! called Joseph Clark 12 12 2015 He called back the next day, smoothed it all over, said the office was moving. I said it was too close to Christmas, to wait til after New years. I even said ya you have my money, no phones, doesn't look good!
My check was cashed 12-4-15. Didn't call with a date after new years. Now we're really mad. ran into him at the gas station 1-5 16. Did not call back. then his phone didn't work! There are no working phones! Directory assisstance gave a non working phone in Woodhaven, and an address in a trailer park. It seems obvious its a scam, nice time during the christmas season. my house is a mess with the furniture and everything moved to do the work. disgusting. If it was a good company once, it's not now!

Feb 10-16. got my deposit back. There was a myriad of problems in the company. I was called 1-25 to get my work done after no communication, and asked for my deposit back. Emily Neufer apologized for everything and agreed. Still took a couple more calls. It was a horrible stressful mess, and I think anyone would have thought the same.
