Purchased coil packs from Harper Infiniti (8) for my Infiniti vehicle. One of the coil packs went bad with less than 2,000 miles and less than 3 months on my vehicle. Was told by the parts dept. to return the part and invoice to the Harper Infiniti in Knoxville and they would replace the part. After having the returned part and the invoice over 4 months later the parts department, Manager Mike said he now needs the code from an Infiniti Dealership showing the coil pack was actually bad. Why would anyone spend over $300.00 (parts and labor) to replace a part if it wasn't bad. I called Infiniti Consumers 800 number, they were useless, they said they would not honor the warranty unless I provided everything Harper Infiniti requested (even though it had been 4 months later they requested more infor). Bottom line! Do not expect an Infiniti dealership to honor the warranty on Infiniti parts.
