I would like to start by saying i have never felt so disrespected or mistreated by any hotel or resort employees. The entire upper mangement staff at Harrahs are completely unprofessional and 0 help to my situation. On April 17th 2017 i arrived at harrahs resort in atlantic city and pulled my truck up to valet. I dont like to make  assumptions or pass judgement on anybody but i will say in my opinion my first impression of the man was that he looked and acted like a drug addict.I gave him the key to my 2015 Ifiniti Qx60 and he handed me my valet ticket i handed the man $5 and proceeded to check in.Then about 5-7 hours later i kept getting phone calls from the phone in my room it was the valet man who i parked my truck with he said you forgot to give me the key i said i gave you the key im sure of it sir he then said Ohh you did? i said yes sir and that was the end of the conversation. A few hours later the phone rang again it was the valet supervisor he said the truck has been sitting in the front of the casino all night and that i needed to move it i told him i gave him the key and i was certain of it.He asked me to please check and make sure i did and told him i was 100% sure i handed him the key and recieved a ticket. He asked if i could come down and sepak to him. When i went downstairs my truck was exactly where i parked it dead center in front of the hotel front door he said it was a huge problem and the truck needed to be moved i said well your employee took my key so how can i move it.He asked if i happened to brign a spare key with me and luckily my wife had the other key in her pocket book i was very reluctant to give him the key b/c i wanted to make sure something would be done about my key that was lost.He assured me that i would be compinsated for the lost key and they would just have to look at the video tape i looked around and saw several cameras and like the gentleman i am handed him the key thinking they would do the right thing by me. The man gave me his personal cell phone and wrote my statement down on a tiny pad. I had been coming to harrahs since i was a little kid with my grand parents and was a loyal customer myself for over 10 years i felt as though they would definitly do whatever they could to help me. I was respectful to everyone and was never  contacted again the next day i asked to speak to a supervisor to see what was going on. The acted as if i was a liar and told me the valet man who took my key said i never gave it to him and that i was lying about to whole incident. The told me to file a claim which i did right away.As soon as i gave them my spare key and my truck was out the way it was as though it didnt matter to them anymore and my inconvenience was my problem now. I then tried my best to talk to anyone who can help me and help me better understand what would be done again zero help or understanding from anybody like it didnt matter to them anymore that my truck was out the way. I recieved zero compensation for my troubles and zero explanation for what was going on still i was very respectful to everyone. i returned home and followed up with the claim department which wouldnt answer the phone and only got to the message machine which stated they were on another call which they clearly wasnt because i called 50 or more times i left about 10 messages and someone finally got back to me about a week later. I then told the lady my story and she said their insurance company would contact me. About a week after that i recieved a phone call from the insurance company and had to again tell my side of the story she said she would review the security tapes and gte back to me.A few days later i recieved a letter in the mail stating harrahs resort was not liable for my lost key. They also stated they couldnt comment any further on the situation. No matter what i said they wouldnt say anything but i could get a lawyer. I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated by any place of business in my entire life. The entire staff and anyone affiliated with harrahs resort and casino were completely unprofessional right down to the people at the front desk that told me when i booked the room that the pool for the kids was open i even made the point to say the reason were booking it at harrahs was so that my kids could use the pool i was aware the main pool was for 21 and over and he assured me the childrens pool was open and it turned out it was closed for another 2 months. We were also told we would recieve credit for food which we didnt recieve. We were told room service was all day turns out it closed at 2am. Any lawyer willing to help my situation feel free to contact me at any time (((REDACTED))).-Anthony Deerpark Ny (((REDACTED)))
