Harriet Weinberger Director of the law guardian panel and 18b panel for Long Island and Queens 2nd Dept.of Appellate Courts director for years of panel of 18b lawyers and lawyers appointed for representation of children. This director fails to look into allegations of misconduct of lawyers and fails to ensure that they adequately represent their clients. The public and victims of the dysfunction of the 18b panel lawyers need to have investigations done and the director changed asap Brooklyn New York
Harriet Weinberger must be replaced as supervisor of the 2nd Department of Appellate Division's 18b panel lawyers and lawyers appointed for children. She fails to properly monitor that the lawyers are doing their jobs effectively, that they are on time, that they are actually in court, and she allows them to put in inadequate papers and to do what they want. The lawyers gossip about litigants and are all friends with each other and do whatever the judges who sign their vouchers want. The system is flawed and it is that way on purpose. Stop the abuses to litigants and their families and lobby to have Ms. Weinberger replaced asap and the system revamped. Look into her panel and find that lawyers such as Audrey Sager, Harvey Jacobs, and Steve Gassman are on the panel and they are high power lawyers and this is a serious conflict of interest so lets stand up and fight the abuse to the people of our city and state. Pls. send your complaints to the inspector general, the grievance committee, to the FBI, and to the chief judges. She allows many incompetent and abusive lawyers stay on the panel who harm litigants and their families.

Yes Ms Weinberger is a useless lazy body that uses our air, she has done nothing to assist the peoples needs dealing with corrupt law guardians who lie to judges mislead children cover up real child abusers as long as there is a price attached that they can pocket for their own greed. Weinberger must be working with these parasites and sharing their profits, her office recieves dozens of complaints every month about useless law guardians and they all get ignored. There are number of cases in Kings County, Queens Westchester Suffolk County where law guardians fail to protect children knowing that most are the mothers who abuse alienate and brainwash children to make false statements. Some even use sexual favors to persuade these crooked law guardians to cover up and lie to judges, number of them have been exposed but the office of law guardians in Islip is ran by corrupt child abusers who onle see profit for their lack of doing what is "in best interest of the children"(((REDACTED INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT)))
