I purchased a vehicle from Harris motors in september of 2005 for $2300. Two weeks later problems began to emerge. I had to replace the rear axel to the tune of $1200 because the rear differential had completely shattered. The whole vehicle was riddled with electrical problems causing the the lights to turn off and on unexpectedly, It always smelled of burning wires, the blinkers never worked, and the power windows worked when they wanted to. It finally just quit running one day and was put in the shop to be repaired.

After about a week at the shop, I was told by the mechanic that I would have to shell out over $3000 just in parts to get it running again. I was also told by the mechanic that the vehicle had absolutely no working smog equipment and that the electrical problems were a direct result of bypassing the smog system. When I purchased the vehicle I was assured by the dealer that it was smogged and that it would pass the next time I had to get it registered. Contrary to what the salesman had told me, the mechanic informed me that it would never, and had never passed a smog test in the condition that I had bought it in.

I finaly have an extensive report from the mechanic listing all of the damaged and defective parts on the vehicle. DO NOT PURCHASE any vehicles from these people. They have no concern for your safety or financial wellbeing.
