Thankfully I saw all of the warning signs of a scam on the website itself (ie: lack of contact number, lack of credible links, lack of specific contact information, money order as sole method of payment, no response from multiple email inquiries) For the record, Harvest Capital Management, which is the company that was sued in Cyprus, isn't the same company... mainly because this particular Harvest Capital doesn't actually exist. Harvest Capital Management is an actual financial institution with their own problems and issues, and their overseas problems are standard investment fare. I sincerely dont believe the woman above actually 'recieved' her card. If so, she's much more trusting than I am, cause I have no intention of sending secured money through the mail.

This little company, if it exists? where?, if you simply do a google search, you will see that they have been in court in cypus, and elswhere? www.xak.com/main/newsshow.asp?id=27053 they are in united kingdom too! www.creditsolveuk.com/harvestprepaidaccount.htm but the good news is, they seem to exist? I'm awaiting for you know what too. they allso have a site with both canada and america addresses. http://harvestcapital.ca/ see the two flags? i wanted an american card in am dollars for my ebay biz. guess i'm out $30 U.S. which i dumbly sent them. the real issue, is that we didn't do our homework before sending the money. there are lots of other places online who will accept your money online. for a prepaid. simply enter "prepaid credit card" in google. This company may come through yet, but if not? we lives, we learns! offer both master and visa at the above site. i do not have a phone, the number was once correct.

I got my card. They said about 4 weeks and it took 5. But I still got it and I'm happy now. :)

I have had an identical experience the difference being that I live in Canada and have waited two months. I paid via money order, went through the process of tracking the deposit of the money order with Canada Post, and have found that the cheque was cashed in Canada at the Bank of Montreal (Toronto Data Centre). I'm willing to give Harvest Capital the benefit of the doubt but I have yet to receive any reply to my emails.

I applied for a Harvest Capital credit card in October 04. They said it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery, its now been almost 2 months and no one will respond to any of my emails. I sent a $30.00 Canadian money order to Windsor Ontario, and i havent been able to find a phone number to contact them.
