I reserved VIP tickets for 5 people to the tune of $200.00 then we had a death in the party and i asked for a refund to be told one lady can do it call back Sunday after 1pm,i did she wasn't there yet wait 3 more hours,then i was told call back on Tuesday.can i speak with the manager,hes not here now.whats his name?i cant tell you that.why not,its not allowed.i never heard of that before,well you agreed to the conditions of purchase.but there has been a death here.there will be no refund,can switch days.we are not in a comedy mood.too bad.

BECAUSE THESE REALLY GREAT HEADLINER COMEDIANS CHARGE A LOT OF MONEY AND SO THE COMEDY CLUB OPERATORS LIKE THIS GUY CAN REALLY BE IN A BIND UNABLE TO PAY THE TALENT SO THEY CAN'T OFFER REFUNDS. SOUNDS LIKE TO ME HE BOOKED MORE COMEDY TALENT THAN HE COULD AFFORD. A RAIN CHECK WON'T CUT IT UNLESS THERE IS ANOTHER HEADLINER, BIG NAME COMIC ONSTAGE AND THEN MAYBE YOU COULD GET TICKETS TO SEE THAT ONE. NO REFUNDS ARE STANDARD, SAD TO SAY, IN THESE SMALL CLUBS.
