Hason Windows lied about the safety of the windows , Internet
I had hansons come and put new windows in my house a month ago. They told us before we agreed to have the windows put in that they were child safety windows. They lied About a week ago my three your old son feel out his second story window thank god he is ok. but after we got out of the hospital. I call brian the presidant of hanson windows. I told him what happened and he told me he gave us what we wanted. Then told me that me three year old son was smarter then the windows. this was not there problem it was mine.
I'm sorry but if they promise you that your son will never be able to get the windows open then they need to stick to their word. They are nothing but liers. He then told me he was going to have someone come out and nail the windows shut. That is a fire haserd for one and we payed alot of money for the windows. We went to babies r us and got better locks for the windows.I would never refure handsons to any one.
