I received a letter on 2/11/2009, basically stating that I've won in a drawing, held by "North American Utilities," on April 24, 2008. It was through a computer ballot system, and it mentioned that I emerged as one of the winners.

I was awarded a a lump sum of $46,500.00 USD, from a total prize of $25,234,000.00 shared amongst other winners.I also received a check of $2,810.00D,from "Nationwide Magazine Recycling, Inc."

The letter also mentioned, "Keep winning confidential until your prize money is received to avoid multiple claims." Contact your payment coordinator Mrs. Anita Myers or Mr. Michael Simmons at 1-514-625-4291. It's signed by "Director Public Relations" Handa Trudel. The letter & its contents made me feel like it was a scam.

Obviously these three locations are hundreds of miles away from each other, hinting that this is very likely a scam.
