Purchased at BEST BUY 8 months(OCT.16/05)ago and keep calling their number after getting the rebate refusal do to some nonsense,but after calling they said sorry and it would be here in 4 weeks.that was in Mar 7th/06.That's 4 months after mailing in the rebate.Now they've changed their rebate number to an answering machine because I guess they're tired of people asking for their rebate.Looks like maybe I got screwed by BESTBUT and Hawking Tecnolgy.

It finally arrived in my mailbox 2 checks from Hawking Technology Inc totaling $75.00 Canadian. They're in the bank and now just waiting to see if they bounce. Here's crossing my fingers.Thanks for having this site to help some of rant and warn other people of the ripoffs.

Well bought their router and promised a $75.00 rebate and now The Better Business Bureau says 1 complaint from me against Hawking every 3 years. So kiss that money good-bye. Looking for some 'free' advice? Don't buy it if it has a mail-in bebate coz' you'll probably never see the money and that's the way these companies want it. Like P.T.Barnum said a sucker born every minute. Good luck to everybody else. Thanks for the eye opener Dario Della Maggiore Director of Sales & Marketing Hawking Technologies

Still no $75.00 rebate check from Hawkings Technology

Since writing my first report I've contacted via email the Better Business bureau and also a Mr.Dario DellaMaggiore Director of Sales & Marketing Hawking Technologies and he assures me a check will be cut in 2 weeks for my rebate of $75.00.I've heard that one before about 20 times once the computer problem is fixed.Thanks for letting me rant and hope my check comes in and good luck everybody else.
