Hawthorne Car Wash Ripoff and rude treatment toward customers Hawthorne California
I went there to get Tuesday/Wednesday speciall offer 'regular wash for 5,99. First of the all the condacter told me. He recomends 8,99 special that included everthing like hot wax, tire, air freshner etc, etc,. I wasn't interested in and told I still want just wash & vacumimng. he told me that they want vacume w/ 5,99 which was different from my previous experience w/ the same car wash. Anyway, in need of vacuming( whatelse do we go to them? ) I took 8,99. I waited the man work on my small Echo and when he waved @ me I was suprised that he only dried my car and cleaned the wheals. I told the man that I paied for the 8,99. He asked me for the reciept so I handed. The man goes to his condacter and he came back started working on my car again. By then I had idea what was probably going on. So I went to see the exact same condacter that I made the coment that I'd never come back to the place again. He saying "Why?" then gave me attitued and just told me " look the man is doing now. Quit that already!!" W/ disgust,I looked around and another customer told me that they did exactly the same thing to him ,too.
Soon, the man who were working on my car waved @ me and told me he's done. He told me that the condacter " miss wrote" , so I told him " No he didn't. ". I handed him 2,00 tip. Watching me talking to the man, the conducter, came back to me and started yelling @ me they finshed all 8,99 so now get lost. I repeated I don't come back to them again. So he said " Thank you. Stop attacking!!" .....He made the allegation that I was varbaly ttacking his man and himself????
The business wasn't like that previously, it was getting worse but nothing like I just experienced today.
I hope their bussiness goes out. If the business cheat on their customers in their face, whatelse they'd been probably doing?
If you read this spread the words and stop their " I will do anything , say anything to make couple of money" w/ our own hand. If you are legal pro, and knows some actions we cunsumers should take, please let me or other people who experienced terrible treatment by those people know.
