These chairs were unwrapped and in a spare room. The animals were not in the room with them, however with moving them, did pick up some cream colored dog hair. These were not sat upon by anyone. Nothing in the return policy states anything about condition, nor packaging. There is a 3 day return policy and that is it and at only 90%. I fully understand allergies etc... but a policy is a policy...if you have one follow it.

Interesting how you talk about fraud. Because what you are basically saying that they should just vacuum the hair and then sell them to the next unsuspecting customer.
Sorry but as a customer I am not going to buy a chair at a 10% discount where someone else's dog decided to sit on it. Oh and for the chairs to have enough hair on them to be noticed and need to be vacuumed off..the dogs were sitting on them.
I would bet that even if there is nothing about original packaging, there is probably something about the furniture being in "unused" or "new" condition. If that is the case I guess you could take them home and vacuum the chairs yourself and then attempt to return them again...of course then where would the fraud lie?
But with that said if there is absolutely NOTHING about the condition of the chairs in their return policy then you have a valid complaint. However I find that very..very unlikely
