I found www.thepstwebstore.com via Froogle and saw a deal for an I-River 120. The web store did not take Credit Cards so I paid by check: http://www.paybycheck.com/index.html. The product never arrived, and when I e-mailed hoagclarkbrown@hotmail about my product - she was slow to respond.
Almost 2 months after ordering, 2 months too long, she replied. Telling me her inventory was low and she could not complete the sale. She offered a refund, I accepted.
Now 4 moths after the sale, I have not heard anything - as well, www.thepstwebstore.com does not exist anymore.
I contacted www.paybycheck.com, and received information about hoagclarkbrown to file a report with the www.ic3.gov.
ANYONE who is a victim, reply to me, and we can file a joint complaint!
