I've subscribed 3 times. Each morning, I have an email telling me something went wrong and they cancelled me. My bank shows my card was never charged which means they're not processing the information properly. Google search it. Many people are having problems. HBO doesn't communicate. My issue is a week old. I called billing who said my issue was escalated but I still have no subscription. Not even Game of Thrones (only 6 episodes!!) is worth this.

I just called HBO NOW 855-942-6669. I'm told he will escalate it. How is that possible, since it is already escalated? Then I was told my bank is rejecting the charge. Impossible. I've been ordering items on the card all week and none of those charges were rejected.

HBO can't handle their subscriptions. Not that they will care, but they've lost me as a customer.
