April 2007 purchased a craftmatic adjustable bed. Finance was through HC Processing. This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. Your billing cycle may start out at the end of the month, but once you start to make your payments on time they change your billing cycle to the middle of the beginning of the month. Their game is DELINQUENCY CHARGES, this is how they make a lot of money. They also like to make you have late payments this way they can adjust you interest rate to a higher percentage.

When you try to talk to these people they will tell you anything you want to hear but will do nothing to make it possible for you to make your payments on time.

I called and told them that I was tired of all the late (delinquent) charge and asked them what did I need to do to make this work for both of us. The gentleman on the phone said to set my payment up to go out on the 15th of every month and as long as they received it before the end of the month I would never get another late fee again. HAHAHAHA what a big lie. I made it two months and I was right back to paying delinquent charges. I try to set it up so it would be an electronic payment sent to them through my bill pay system with my bank but they would not give me a contact name so my bank could contact them and set it up. I went to my bank and asked them if they could set up and electronic payment with this company and they said that with out a contact name they could do nothing. HC Processing sent me forms to fill out that would allow them to access my account when they saw fit. The thought of them having access to my account scares me to death. I tryed to log on to their websit and make a payment and was not allowed to make a payment there either.

I have tried every thing I can think of to make this work and get my payments to them on time. I found that if they received the payment before they ran the billing cycle they will apply the payment to the current billing cycle and expect you to send another payment. If you did not then they claimed that you are late and charge you $39.00. I have made double payments, even made triple payments one month and still can not get this under control. Over the course of 24 months of payments I have had to pay 16 $39.00 late payments to this company. At this rate I will never get this paid of. Please can someone out there please investigate this company or start a lawsuit or something.

I am at my wits end.
