Mary Hackney,Ernesto Moon and Phil Curtis Primary partners in Hcg Associates. The parties involved in these transaction solicited crude oil, shelf corp funding and non recourse business funding investments. They required that you open a Wells Fargo account and give your account information to Mary Hackney to start the investment. I lost 8,700 dollars over the coarse of 8 months. I signed an agreement of where i would receive a full refund. Well that never happen. I know i was not the only one who lost their hard earned cash.
