HCV Vacation Package Holiday Inn Club Vacations It's a scam Kissimmee Florida
I recieved a call from a man who had some difficulty speaking English. He stated that he wanted me to participate in a Holiday Inn survey. I'm a platinum IHG member so I thought it was on the level. The survey was only a couple questions then he wanted me to speak to another person in the rewards group. This time it was an extremely hight pressure lady who wanted me to try out one of their new resort hotels. I didn't want to do it since I have a lot of points and can stay pretty much where I want for free. She promised me a lot and said there was no risk, I would pay $199 but the money would be refunded when I stayed at the hotel and listened to sales pitch (which BTW is for time shares I found out later). After about 3 weeks I decided I didn't want to do any of that so I called for my refund but now they are saying there are no refunds! I can't believe that a large company like Holiday Inn is actually involved in scams!
