HCW Capital - James Hooks - HOOKS CAPITAL ARE SCAMS. CONSUMERS, BEWARE! Beverly Hills, California
Purchased Busines Funding Package on December 8th, 2008 for the amount of $2,000 and never received any services. The agreement that I signed stated that the process will take about 2 months. It's been over 6 months and I have not received any value, and/or partial services from the initial agreement. The day after REQUESTING a full refund, I received a press release stating that HCW was sold to SOP Holdings. No info about SOP Holdings was given and no info was found online. Usually within a press release, telephone and web info about both companies are given. After not finding any information about the surviving company, I became annoyed, and suspicious. Who would conduct biz with a co. that they cannot find? Who would conduct biz with a co. who keeps their contact info, employees, and board members a secret? Does this co. really exist? These questions raised an eyebrow which is the initial reason for my refund request. I never received ANY services. No business trades, No corporate credit, NADA, NOTHING! They emailed a refund request form, claiming all refunds will be given by 7/15/2009. On 7/14/2009, they sent an email stating that they "screwed up" and the refunds will be given at a later date. They never specified when and never issued the refund.
SM also filed a ripoff report. At least they had the decency to give him a business plan and he was contacted from an financial institution. I received NOTHING that showed my file was even worked on. The rebuttal from the company also mentioned that SM breached their contract when he did a charge-back from his credit card. I PAID CASH VIA BANK WIRE TRANSFER. THEY RECEIVED THEIR $2,000 DIRECTLY INTO THEIR BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT. WHAT IS THE EXCUSE FOR THIS CASE?
Consumers, BEWARE! James Hooks will waste your time, patients, and money. He cannot/will not deliver anything! Not even the refund!

James hooks has also been using other online alias and names he has multiple identities. visit blog jamesroberthooksenterprisesscam.blogspot.com for mailing address and more info on how to report this scam artist. he has now cliamed to give up right to hooks enterprises total lie call ca dept of corporations to complain if he has also ripped you off like he did me and whomever wrote this report. you can probably write to his mother racheal hooks at 3560 taffrail ln Oxnard C.A 93035 I THINK HE IS ALSO TRYING TO COME OUT WITH A BOOK WHAT A LAUGH WWW.JAMESHOOKS.COM his main website www.hooksenterprises.com none of his websites have direct telephone number hmm i wonder why. ALSO HE PUT OUT A PRESS RELEASE NOW HE HAS A NEW WEBSITE THAT DOESNT EVEN EXIST WHAT A JOKE THIS GUY IS . LETS GET TOGETHER AND TAKE DOWN THIS SCAM ARTIST.
