Joe Orriols cold called the company based on a previous relationship looking for $1700.00 to run discounted wholesale mobile and fixed telecom call traffic to Honduras through Hondutel. Mr Orriol's pitch was the $1700.00 was to be used to pay for internet service in Honduras as well as an SS7 link which and the route would be running within 2 days thereafter including proof of payment for the two aforementioned invoices. In summary no services have been provided by Mr. Orriols and HD Talk. Numerous calls, email demands have been ignored by Mr. Orriols and no longer will he respond. HD Talk has not returned the money, provided the contracted service and has breached a written contract and has possibility committed fraud.

This was a risky venture which all parties involved were very well aware. The venture did get into complications due to the remote end in the country which were beyond our control and the investment and our equipment were compromised They understood the risk involved but the other guy who did contribute the monies, expected me to compensate then for the $1700. Our part was to install the equipment and once business got going, collect the monies and send them their part. We have the copies of the payments we made to show that we did not hold or keep any monies.
