My order placed on 12/31 finally arrived on 1/18. One item, a Nano armband, was not what I ordered but what they sent me is actually a more expensive item and does pretty much the same thing. Everything else seems OK -- skins, inexpensive earphones, but I won't order from them again. p.s., I had to submit my prior update (about the shipping email) twice because it took ripoffreport 3 days to post my first update, even though the confirm said it would post after midnight PST that same day -- what's up with that? So I submitted basically the same update a second time and now they're both up there.

After sending assertive emails to all of their email addresses over the weekend I received notification yesterday that my order has shipped. We'll see if it/what arrives. Since I never got a response to my emails who knows if they had anything to do with the fact that my order is finally shipping. They must be overwhelmed with post xmas Ipod orders and have clearly jettisoned customer service to keep their overhead down and prices very competitive -- too bad their reputation has really taken a hit as a result.

After sending assertive emails to everyone of the listed email addresses on their website this past weekend I received a confirmation notice today that my order has shipped via priority mail. We'll see when/if it comes if everything is OK. I doubt the emails had much to do with it. Bet they are just overwhelmed with orders and behind -- particularly after eveyone got their new iPods for xmas and jumped on the internet to find accessories. They must be running a pretty bare bones operatioin to keep their prices as competive as they are. Too bad -- their customer service is neglected and their repuatation has taken a hit as a result.
