I own Headset Discounters and have been in business for 10 years. I have made it a point to clearly state my return policy on my website at www.headsetdiscounters.com for the entire time I have been in business. Apparently Gage did not read this before ordering, sending a late return as well as before posting this report falsely. As he clearly stated, he ordered his headset on 3/16/07 and USPS says the headset was received by 5/8/2007 which is clearly 3 weeks outside of our return policy. He failed to mention that the headset he ordered was indeed refurbished and this was clearly stated in the Ebay ad he responded to. My first question is, if he was positive that the headset didnt work properly as soon as he received it, why did it take a full month for him to contact my company? Our return policy is 30 days from the original purchase date and even though he returned his headset late, we still honored it and provided him with a FULL refund via PayPal. We also offer a 1 year full replacement warranty on all items that we carry so this is another option that he may have missed. Considering a refund was issued through PayPal Im unsure of why he would feel the need to lie about the facts when it is clearly documented with them. For anyone that accepts or makes payments with them, Im sure you understand that PayPal is quite strict when it comes to running a business fradulently. So the activity that Gage is claiming is far from something that would fly with them. I regret that I found this posting so far after the date it was posted however we are completely transparent. Feel free to check out our site and we have a store on Ebay with 99.7% positive feedback. I think that speaks for itself. I'm open and willing to speak with anyone about this and if you have any questions or decide to purchase headsets, you can count on us providing the lowest prices. Thanks, Diana Headset Discounters
