Health Plex - Scott And Eric McDonald "Slammed" with contract signing deceptive company Muskogee Oklahoma
Scott (owner/manager) of Health Plex back dated a contract for membership to the health club. Contract gives three days to cancel contract but Scott back dated contract two days giving me one day to decide membership.
Employee Eric McDonald did not want to sign my copy of "letter of cancellation" (my only proof that I sent the letter), and wanted my copy of contract back...
These people are unethical in their business practices and need to have a wake up call. Thanks
