I signed up for a 21 day trial period and after 14 days into the trial period they put a charge on my card for $86.85.

I never even received a bill of sale or any paperwork either in the mail or in my e-mail to let me know that I was going to be charged on this.

My trial period wasn't even over when they put the charge on my card.

I called HealthBuy.com to question why they put this charge on my card before my trial period was over and the customer rep told me they changed the trial period to 14 days.

I asked her how they can change the trial period in the middle of it and without even contacting the customer and she told me that was their policy.

I went on-line and filled out the paper work to be able to return the product and I have to now wait for a return authorization number from them.

I contacted the CA Better Business bureau and they have had a total of 63 complaints regarding this company.

I have also contacted my credit card company to report this.
