 The marketplace kept me in the dark regarding what was wrong with my application until the open enrollment period was closed ( yesterday). Then yesterday I received 4 phone calls from them explaining that, due to my lack of response, they are increasing my monthly payment from $130/mo to $433/mo. Since it's past the open enrollment period I can't even try to get a better price from a private company. I have no recourse and they have no consequence.
