Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Healthcare Resources is an extremely bad company to work for or even be involved with in general! My mother was a nurse for them, and what I am about to say are some things that she has told me but never expressed to anyone else! My mother does not know what to do so I am writting this on her behalf.

They have had privacy rights compromised and poor services as well. No one should put their loved ones on home health with Healthcare Resources! They also have a history of hiring employees and then never paying their employees for the work they have completed. You can check state and government records to verify all of what I am saying.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HEALTHCARE RESOURCES!

They have also been under investigation (which they are not aware of) for paying Doctor's, nursing facilities and nurses for patients that need home health. Which directly says that no one wants to refer to them, so they have to literally BUY their patients.

I also know that they have had patients DIE while under their care! BEWARE OF HEALTHCARE RESOURCES HOME HEALTH SCAM!

Cindy Copeland is very manipulative and rude in her demeanor. She will scam you if you are not wise or educated. Below are some citations that are directly from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability.

They have been cited by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services to follow the correct protocol that is required by STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS! This only furthers my case on how Cindy Copeland runs her business with the same arrogance she runs her life with. She has complete and total disregard for others by the actions she and her company has taken.

Date Deficiency Cited

12/14/2007 The agency failed to ensure that a summary report was sent to each client's attending physician at least every 60 days.

12/14/2007 The agency failed to maintain client clinical records that met accepted professional standards and included all the required information about the client's care and service plan.

In addition, 2 violations of state standards were cited. Some of these violations may reflect deficiencies already stated.

Date Violation Cited

12/14/2007 The agency failed to have and enforce a policy to make sure client care was coordinated among all service providers to promote optimal client outcomes.

12/14/2007 The agency failed to establish and maintain a client record system needed for the proper documentation of client care and services and to facilitate the retrieval of information.

Withheld Due to Retaliation!

I would like to set the record straight. I've worked in the home health industry for 20+ years and unfortunately have seen employees like you a hundred times. The allegations you posted are nothing but a hoax and a poor attempt to point the blame at me, the agency and your former co-workers instead of you after being terminated for being such a poor employee. You can only defame my character if I allow you too and I refuse to give you that kind of power. I'm sure most people who read your ranting have dealt with disgruntled employees themselves and could read through the lines quite clearly. I know who you are and am certain I made the right decision to terminate you after realizing you were such a bad hire to begin with. The workforce has changed dramatically over the past 10 years and it sickens me. When it comes to honesty I hold myself, this agency and employees at a very high level of expectation. When I have employees worried more about how much money they can make then wether or not a patients needs are met they are not going to last. You can pretend you wrote in on behalf of your mother but we both know the truth. That too is nothing more than a lie and I truly feel sorry for you. You presented yourself to be one thing and turned out to be another. Why didn't you put in your report that you only worked for Healthcare Resources for 2 weeks? Why didn't you tell the world you never left your house while pretending to be at work the whole 2 weeks and yet expected to be paid for the time? Would you like me to post your name, address, phone number and all your other information on the web for future employers to read? Contrary to this disgruntled employee, I have dozens of employees who are very talented, caring, honest, hard working, loyal and truly care for the patients. They have worked for me for years and do a very good job. They love their agency and their patients and are very offended by the allegations you made. You not only attacked me with your lies, you attacked them as well. I doubt you even considered them when writing in because you just wanted to get even with me. How immature can one be? The allegations regarding paying for patients. Have you lost your mind? That is illegal and I have never, ever commited any type of fraud, violated any law/regulation or Stark II regulation (I doubt you know what those are but would suggest you look them up). I challenge you to provide proof of all of your allegations. Both of us know that is impossible because your allegations are nothing but lies. Any medical facility, hospital, nursing home etc. who provides care to elderly, frail, sick clients will experience patient death, but for you to accuse the agency and in turn the employees of causing death to a patient is way beyond what I thought even you would do. I ask again that you provide proof of your allegations and an apology to your former co-workers who you have included in your posting who you know have never caused anything like that to occur. Posting the state survey findings from 2007 was petty. That is public information and available to anyone who has access to the internet. If you took the time to look up any other agency in the entire state you will find similar postings and much worse in many cases. Surveys are intended to help agencies improve in areas such as these and not intended to be utilized in the manner you tried to use them. Again this shows your severe lack of knowledge in the industry you are trying to work. I would highly recommend you take the next HomeCare 101 class offered if you plan to stay in this industry. It is painfully apparant that you lack the skills required to make sound judgement calls. Healthcare Resources Home Health is a great company. We take wonderful care of the patients we service and can back that up with patient satisfaction survey reports, letters of appreciation from patients, family members, physicians, caregivers etc. Anyone is welcome to visit our office or call and speak to me or any other employee directly regarding your allegations as I'm not afraid to post my name and phone number. I have dozens of employees, patients, family members, caregivers, physicians, social workers, therapists etc. who would be more than happy to discuss Healthcare Resources or me with anyone. Who do you have that would vouch for you or confirm a single allegation??? Cindy Copeland RN, CEO Healthcare Resources Home Health Arlington Texas 817-633-2273
