healthcare services group chuck knight lies about pay increase (promotion) Worked at two seperate facilities at different times.boss(CHUCK KNIGHT) never at workplace once a week if lucky!! billings, Montana
I worked at HCSG for a year and a half.my main duty was cleaning resident rooms which i will state i had no problem with.I worked at eagle cliff manor for the most part doing housekeeping...but my chores also included scrubbing floors every weekend.(i worked every weekend because i asked for the hours)I also worked at parkview another nursing home from time to time.
I tried whatever i could to earn a promotion and never got it...never recieved my holiday pay as promised!regardless of work hours (was lied too) was told i would get a raise after 6 months.
my boss gave the floor technician a raise(he does not have a GED or high school diploma)he got a dollar raise.he was there maybe 2 months before me.
my boss and a few other employers are known drug users and or heavy alcoholics.
i will never work for this company ever again and would highly suggest others not to do so.
