I scheduled a series of test with this traveling Lab(Healthfair). After I had made the appointment they changed the date to a weekend. I immediately contacted them to advise them that I would not be able to keep the appointment.
Even though their policy states that a full refund will be given with 48 hours notice they insisted that I would be given a voucher for future services.
Even though I notified them by phone on 2/13/11, and by E-Mail on 2/14/11 the charges were put on my credit card 2/16/11.
If their business practices are so shady, is ther health service any better?
