I ordered a trial sample of the ReviveDerma wrinkle remover from an advertisement on Facebook. It looked legitimate. When I ordered they tried to upsell me and I said no, repeatedly. My computer froze and I had to reboot. I opened my email and noticed that they charged me for the other product, LytDerma. I wrote back saying I did not authorize the purchase and they did remove it. However, that is really sneaky of them.
Well today I received 2 order confirmations totaling about $200.00. I have written on both orders to cancel and tell me where I authorized the purchase.
When I ordered I looked through the terms and conditions and saw nothing stating that this would be sent to me automaticaly, so I am curious as to their reply.
Another thing is that when you go to the website you are supposed to create an account with them. However, when you try you do not have access. Here's the message:
"Sign in to Health Supplements

If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you're already registered.
You probably don't have a password yet, though."
Yeah, not working. So now you cannot get in contact with anyone.
I will pursue this further and update this report as I go.
Oh yeah, they are trying to get the money out of my account? Good luck on that! There's no money in that account!!
