DEAR Rebeka and clients, It is distressing to understand the power a client has to be able to post anything that they want on the internet. I am the employee in question and I have worked for this company for more than 3 years and I am fully aware that we have never ripped off a client. If Rebecca has not recieved a promised refund this is a mistake from us or from the Credit Card Processing Company. Our guarantee is clearly stated on the website and we always fullfil this promise to our clients. If we did not we would not be in business long! I will attempt to contact Rebeka from Illinois to see if this problem is legitamite and to resolve the situation. regards
