hearst magazine marieclaire billed me for magazines not orderd or recieved harlan, Iowa
I recieved a bill in the mail for magazines I did not order. It was the second notice saying pay at once I did not recieve the first notice or the magazines. No phone number on the bill or contact information I never heard of hearst magazines until I recieved this bill.
