Heart Check America Health Screening Plus Scam ripoff, and out of business! Arlington Heights, Illinois
March 22,2011 scamed out of $5000.00 for 10 year Medical Scan contract for my wife and I. Only recieved 1 scan day of signing, then recieved forward responsiblity letter to Heath Screening Plus who is also out of business! I wish there was some recourse!
