Complete ripoff. Company only sent half order. Charged for full order. Sent a letter that full order would be completed after stock was replenished due to low stock". Nobody answers customer service line. Told to stay on hold for "2hours". After 9 weeks order still hasn't been filled. Order status is logged as filled. This company has no intention of fulfilling their obligations. Sent 7 emails with attached documents, no reply. Avoid this company. As far as I am concerned they stole my money. Order number #36627A not filled as of 8/13/12.
