Hi there, I had to write a comment about Heatex Furnace because I have personally used this company for my furnace and hot water tank servicing and repairs for 4 years now, and they are absolutely amazing. They have always been very honest and kind and most of all informative. My husband is a very picky person and doesn't allow anyone he doesn't trust into our home, but with Heatex he feels very comfortable. This report shouldn't even be on here as they don't deserve this, they are a good company that works with honesty and loyality, and if you were ever unhappy with something, they will correct it immediately. My family and friends will always stand by Heatex and I give my personal word that you will not be disappointed with the customer service you will receive. I promise you that! Thank you Heatex for providing us with your services and kindness!!

To whom it may concern
This rebuttal is in regards to the complaint posted on July 22, 2011.
At that time, Heatex Furnace Services was on holidays and did not provide any services.
Heatex Furnace Services also did not operate a telemarketing company for our business but in April of 2011, we did cut our ties with a telemarketing company that we subcontracted with.
The reason we decided to cut our ties with this telemarketing company was due to their reputation and their lack of properly telemarketing without adding pressure and making false and misleading promises to customers.
We are also aware of technicians and telemarketers working through this particular telemarketing company who has in fact impersonated as HeatEx employees.
HeatEx Furnace Services appreciates and honors all their customers and should a customer be unsatisfied with the services they received, HeatEx Furnace Services will rectify the problem free of charge.
We apologize for this misunderstanding and should the customer who posted this complaint want to discuss this matter further, kindly contact our office at (604) 568-0077.
