Heffler Claims Group HealthExtras Settlement Administrator Giercyk v. National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA et al. Sent a settlement check and it was returned unpaid Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I received and deposited a settlement check #132961 from HealthExtras Settlement Administrator, via Heffler Claims Group for $8.65, they did not pay it and am now charged $12.50 for the returned check fee. This is my first ever, returned check that I can remember and it comes via Attorneys AT LAW? This is check fraud, pure and simple. It's not the amount, it's the principle. I did send 'them' a 'message' through the website as their provided phone number leads to no one. The check is void after Feb. 14, 2018 and they received it Feb 12, 2018 and returned it Feb 13, 2018 unpaid.
