Heilig Meyers ripoff Springfield Missouri
yes, i am like many others that had an account with heilig meyers furniture. i had about a year left to pay my account then bam they went out of business. i have no problem in paying what is owes, but, i had bought a table,chairs, then bedroom set. within less that a month i had one of the drawers break, ask for them to take care of it nothing. then on the table i bought the stupid protection kit for an extra $80 dollars to have my table repaired. this was to cover repairs for 5 years low and behold they went out of business. now i have a bad credit report on my credit rating. i feel if you want people to honor their accounts then i feel like they should have upheld their own contracts. and when i get this bad credit taken care of i at least want a letter paid in full. thank you regina cowan, of springfield, mo.
