Henley Trucking Johnny Henley (and his wife Terresa) Never Showed up as promised - wasted our time and money Alexander AR Nationwide
We choose this compnay because the BBB showed them with an A+ rating, figured it would mean something. They have their photobucket linked to their website with all their family for the world to see so we figured they were honest folks.
We mainly worked with his wife Terresa via e-mail to setup a move for a mobile home. They sent insurance information to us but no contract but promised ot pickup a home on a certain date.
The night before we contacted Mr. Henley to verify they would be there the next morning and they confirmed with us. The next day they never showed up and never called; neither would answer their phone even though it rang and rang and went to voice mail.
They finally called us back days later and claimed they were stuck because of the weather however the bad weather did not hit until the day after they were supposed to be there.
They reschedualed with us and even offered to give a discount for the dealy. Weeks went by with out a word from them, and they would never answer to confirm they would actually be there for the next appointment they made wiht us. Never called or responded via e-mail or facebook message though (seen)
They never asked for any money execpt the amounts in forms of checks for when they arrived to do the job; but this complaint is just they dont show up and dont seem to be strait up honest people. if they were they would have called or just told us they wouldn't do the job.
There is also reports on facebook of them stealing peoples money
