Henry Company Homes Ripoff Don't Build With HCH Took an extra year to build a house Pace Florida
Don't build with HCH. Save yourself the headache.
They have taken an extra year + to complete a home, and still not built.
They have serious managment issues. I have been through several "project managers" or "supervisors", all who have been fired or quit. The result - my house is not getting built. Are they trying my patience, see if I will break the contract so they can turn around and sell the house for double (the housing market went nutty last year)? Or are they just a buch of clowns trying to build homes? I think a bit of both.
Meanwhile, my home is still not built, I have spent at leat $1K in expenses as I have maintained temporary housing since I have been getting the "you hous ewill be done soon, next month" for about 12 months.
Just be careful. There are lots of complaints on the web about HCH. May want to use someone else.
