In my earlier report, I forgot to say I paid a differance of approximately 4000 between my 2003 Ford ranger 4/4 xlt and the 2003 Rave 4.

The Executive General manager called & asked to talk to me(Daniel Bortolussi). Mr. Bortolussi regreted & said that should have never happenned. We talked & He referred me to Imad Benelkour, who asked if I would take a year newer Rav4 with less miles in exchange for my problems. I agreed and he referred me to Mr Tim Dalton, who showed me the vehicle. I had to pay for the transfer of registration and taxes. Since they were trying to please me, I didn't mind paying for the transfer, I thought that was fair. I had window shields put on & the automatic starter fixed with key pads made for the Rave 4 I still have, untill the other one is registered. Mr Tim Dalton said he would see what he could do about that. I sincerely enjoyed talking to Tim Dalton, and have already found someone interested in talking to him about a new car. I've told many people how they helped me. I would suggest to anyone who has or had a problem to talk to the above people I have named. I also might add, I was given a 50.00 gift certificate to O'Conner's resturant in Worcester for my inconveince. If there is more I will update at a later time. Rosemary
