I read this complaint and felt it important to rebuttal the few negative outlooks on this company, first of all I do not know of any Herbal Supplements that are FDA approved anything from the vitamin C to Multi-Vitamin, Diet Pills(Natural Herbal Form)etc. are not FDA approved for the reason that it is a Herbal Supplement which has a proprietary blend of supplements and does not need to be regulated or approved by the FDA, there are many customers that are taking this Body Lean 2 pill that are very satisfied with the weight loss they have achieved from this but you don't hear much of the praises as we can all agree human nature is to express the negative and make it aware that we felt we were treated unfairly or unjust, but when something is good or beneficial that is the praise enough, I do apologize that you feel you were a target of some sort of scam I assure you were not we are not affiliated with any company that sales any sort of powder, as for the other names that were mentioned about it is not that its a scam but that we do customer service for several online companies and each of them have their own merchant account that they use to handle all of their charges and refunds and that is why there are different names with the same number. I suggest that yes our society should be leery of sales in all forms even walking into a store there are theives and scam artist out there but because a few people maybe not fully aware of their spending or ordering and then unable to take responsibility for it turn it into a negative scam plan and post it that we pay closer attention to our daily spending and that when we do have a good and satisfactory experience that we treat it with the same energy and let others know as we would if something went wrong. As for filing a dispute and changing your credit card that is not necessary we are more than wiling to take responsibility if we billed someone in error or they are not satisfied with the product and will issue a refund but if a customer feels that they need to completely skip the resolution process then it is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do.
