Went through online ordering and got confirmation but no product was ever mailed. Phone calls are not returned. Emails are not answered. Poor business practices - be prepared to lose all your money and never see any product. Here is their main phone number 725 888 4949 My order number is HOD 1396 for $120 to get 2 bags of incense each at 10 grams. Call them and ask about Gary in Ohio's order hod1396 and why they take money and do not send product. Call them every day as I have done and maybe they will start being a business. 725 888 4949 will get their voice mail as no one live ever seems to answer (or can't)
